Artists Janine Eisenaecher, Joy Harder and Marie-Alice Schultz traverse towards Alexanderplatz in Berlin/Germany, to investigate schizophrenic states on-site. Equipped with truck tarps, one little orange tree, and many other objects the artists research conditions of mono-logical positions in public space in examination of the inner and outer contradictions that our societal status quo has in store for them. The subject and the potential of this research project revolve on the confrontation of these contradictions.
While Janine Eisenaecher and Joy Harder put up their claims for discussion through actions and simple installations, Marie-Alice Schultz processes live everything that happens into a message in textual form. On day 3 and 4 of the intervention, the artists move on to the waste land of the future Humboldtforum near Alexanderplatz to transform their research results into a concentrate the relics of which will be exhibited at Theaterdiscounter for the remaining days of the festival.
The aim of their activity is the production of a common, thoroughly schizophrenic monologue out of text, image and action as non-totalitarian utopia. The production of ONE critic statement that is UN-EINS (ambiguous).
